MEET THE CHEF

Executive Chef Fabrice Macron officially joined our team on August 1, 2017. He acquired knowledge of the French culinary tradition naturally, having been born and raised in France and formally educated there in culinary arts. After starting his career as a chef at restaurants in Lyon and Stockholm, Fabrice moved to San Francisco thirty years ago, serving first as chef de cuisine at the St. Francis Hotel. He then owned and operated two successive French restaurants in the city, and most recently reclaimed additional time with his family by taking on the executive chef position for the past six years at the Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur.
